As you can see, there are a lot of options for juicing. Here is one of my favorite combinations:

  • 7 good sized tomatoes
  • One cucumber
  • One large okra
  • Two pounds of carrots
  • Five or six stalks of celery
  • Twelve large pumpkin leaves
  • A quarter of a green pepper
  • An inch of ginger root
  • A handful of french green beans
  • One or two broccoli stalks
  • An apple or two
  • Two peaches, or a good portion of watermelon

Doesn't this make a lot of juice? Yes it does, usually enough for more than one day for my wife and I. Don't forget to sweeten your juice with 1/2 teaspoon of Ionic Sea Minerals per quart of juice, plus add some apple cider vinegar. Happy Juicing!
